@LUCYW0708 You probably have this issue:
which is that Sims 3 doesn't start correctly on 12th-gen Intel processors. The workaround is to limit the game to one CPU core while it's loading; you can use any of the methods described in the accepted solution on page one.
However, I've heard that this problem may have been resolved in the latest build of Windows 11. So please let me know what version number you have installed, and if you're one build behind, you may prefer to update before trying anything else.
