Apparently I have an account with the Sims 3 community, but the website is only allowing me to register for a new account. It isn't giving me any options to log in. I need to get access to it again so I can log in on the Sims 3 launcher. And it won't take my EA login on the launcher. How do I get my account back?
dragonflyace Are you trying to login with the same username and password you use in the EA App, or on this forum for that matter? If so, have you tried a different browser? And what exactly happens when you try to login? The button is over the Sims 3 logo and to the left of "create an account."
If you're trying to use a different account, please try using the one that owns Sims 3 in the EA App.
