    Many people with your cpu have the same issue: They can play the base game but not any expansions.

    The minimum requirements need at least a 2.4 ghz CPU or equivalent. You only have a AMD 1.0 ghz which is not an equivalent.

    I would try to get a refund for your expansion pack through a game advisor

    Game advisors can be found through live chat.

Now I am having a new problem. Goodness. My expansion packs will not show up in the launcher, nor in the game. 

  • What's your operating system? Window's 8.1
    • Does the launcher start? Yes, that is one good thing!
    • Are you getting any error messages? "Script error: an error has occured on this page." It asks you if you want to continue running scripts on this page. You press yes a couple times and it is okay.
    • How far do you get, try to describe what happens in as much details as possible (without getting too lengthy): I click to open the launcher, shows script error. You press yes and it is fine..still payable but with no expansion packs.
    • Do all installed games show up in the Origin client? Yes, the ones which I have downloaded from Origin which are: University Life, Supernatural, and, World Adventures. I have TS3 base game and 70s, 80s, and 90s stuff downloaded from a cd.
    • Which base game version do you have: Version 2
    • Which Security Software are you using (Firewall, Antivirus)? Quite sadly we have no Security Software atm.
    • Do you have the disc or download version or a mix? Downloaded mix:  The ones which I have downloaded from Origin which are: University Life, Supernateral, and, World Adventures. I have TS3 base game and 70s, 80s, and 90s stuff downloaded from a cd.
    • No xctp files.
