I purchased the Sims 3 world bundle on the EA app, but cannot find the new world when I start a new game. Anyone can help?

Hey calvinshuen,
If you bought the bundle via the EA app, you should have receivd an email with codes that you can redeem on The Sims 3 Store. Can you check your email? The subject should just be "Order Confirmation". You can then download them from The Sims 3 Store.
