About a month ago I couldn't access the sims 3 anymore. I play on MacBook Air, and It worked fine for weeks, until one day it signed me out and wouldn't sign me back in, I can't request a new account...

king_Elliott414 Are you saying you can't sign into the EA App or make a new account? Or are you trying to sign into the game? Can you sign into your main EA account on another site (like this one), using the correct email, or are you locked out everywhere?
I’m locked out everywhere. I can’t access it anywhere. I went through the official sims 3 page and that’s the only time I can log in, but when I try to play it, it buffers for hours until I power off my MacBook.
