About a month ago I couldn't access the sims 3 anymore. I play on MacBook Air, and It worked fine for weeks, until one day it signed me out and wouldn't sign me back in, I can't request a new account...

king_Elliott414 Are you saying you can login to http://www.thesims3.com but not to ea.com using the same email address and password? That's very strange. If it is in fact what you're seeing, please try both in a private browser window to make sure this isn't a caching issue.
As for Sims 3, how far do you get into the process? Are you launching the game directly or through the EA App (and how are you getting into the App)? If you can't login to the App and are only trying to open Sims 3, then it makes sense why the game doesn't work.
I don’t get far. I access it through steam, and go from there, and it loads and I can see all of my worlds and stuff but it loads for hours, and won’t let me log in.
