Question

I bought The Sims 3 Supernatural expansion pack a while back and it has no download button and is not installed. I have contacted support MANY times and have gotten no help at all. I reached out again today and they gave me some things to try and now my computer is broken and the EA app won’t even open at all. The most frustrating part is support never stays on the chat long enough for it to even get fixed. I am so upset please someone help me. I have done the troubleshooting and most of the other forum suggestions and nothing.&nbsp;

@amyvanwyk11&nbsp; Does your computer run Windows or macOS?&nbsp; If Windows, please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), and use the Intensive scanning method.&nbsp; Restart your computer before reinstalling the App.

For Supernatural, does it appear in the EA App (once it's working again), under Sims 3 &gt; Manage &gt; Manage add-ons?&nbsp; If so, what do you see there?&nbsp; Please also let me know where you bought the pack.
