Sims body proportions are weird

Hi, i can't post in the sims forums because I'm a new member and I don't feel like leveling up my account so here I am. This has been going on for a few months and I have no idea what's causing it. I've deleted all my mods and done everything i can think of (admittedly not much). I've never heard of this happening and my forum search made it seem like no one else had either. its getting annoying having to use only preset sims as starters because of this. So here's the problem, my sims body proportions are crazy when i hit randomize. its hard to describe so i included pictures. It cant be fixed by any of the sliders or anything, i have no idea what's causing this.
