Sims seasons cd missing, still got code

Hello,

I got a bit of a problem. My Sims 3 seasons cd is missing and I need that one to play.

I still got my serial number though.

What do I have to do?

When I redeemed my code at origin (the code from my gamedisk, I uninstalled the game and then I downloaded it from origin.
I had to add that same code into origin, so it's the same code.
I go from my games, press play, it gives me the launcher, and if I press play there, it says to fill in my code, again and again

Well I talked to them, and they gave me a new serial code, and now it works!! :D
