Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 Store world can't register/install

Hi everyone, I was wondering if maybe someone could help me. Recently I bought Dragon Valley and the Monte Vista pack for The Sims 3, but unfortunately they don’t appear in the game and I don’t understand why. I have already deleted and re-downloaded them, but nothing changed. Thank you in advance for the help.
