My sims3 latenight game is showing installed but isn't showing up in game, even on the EA launcher it says its installed as an add-on. But then I click play, it doesnt show up in the launcher. I'm confused.

My matter was resolved. I had initially redeemed the packs on an old account, but they were merged to my new account and the old account was deleted so the matter won't happen again (It happened before and was resolved then too but the account was not deleted). I now have all my packs.

I did all of that already. I even uninstalled all other addons and installed Late Night only, but it still did not show up in the launcher. I am currently (as I'm typing this) waiting to be connected to an advisor in EA Help and will update if there is any change.

In that case, can you try uninstalling one of those packs, restarting the EA App, and reinstalling it before launching the game to see if it appears in your launcher? Do be sure to check whether the folder corresponding to that pack is downloaded in the same location as your other packs that do appear in the launcher. Then do the same for the other pack.

I'm having the same issue. I did everything you mentioned above, including uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times. My packs (Late Night Expansion Pack and High End Loft Stuff) do not show up. The EA App says it's installed (and owned) and it does not show up in the launcher.

If the Late Night pack is installed on the EA App under Manage Add-ons but not showing up in the launcher, please try clearing the EA App's cache. If the pack is still not appearing, try repairing Sims 3 through the EA App.
