Smart Phone and Sim Glitch

Smart Phone will not stop ringing. And I cannot click interact with Sim who has the ringing phone. However Sim can interact with other Sims and objects. I have reset sim but didn't work. My other option is to go back to my last save. Unless someone has another solution...?
