Snowmen not melting after winter season

They should melt after spring has begun and the temperatures are around 50ish.  This isn't necessarily a problem, though.

I noticed that sometimes too in my game the snowmen look half melted BUT the temperature was cold enough for them not to melt but once it heated up they did melt , except in one game and I used a cheat to get rid of them

ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in testingcheatsenabled true (hit enter ) then hold shift click on the snowman- object-delete it once you do this to all the snowmen then turn the cheat off  testingcheatsenabled false (hit enter) play a few mins then save your game with the save as new name
