I have all EPs. I was on On Patch level 1.34.
I used the Super Patch for NA for 1.38. I do not have SN yet.
I removed ALL mods and a CC. I was only using Mastercontrol by Twallan. The mod was compatible.
I am on a Windows XP
Playing in Sunlit Tides(If that makes any difference?)
After the patch installation completed- I got an error message reading:
Error Number: 0x80040702
Description: Failed to load DLL DSETUP
Setup will now terminate.
Then my launcher was deleted entirely and whenever I try to click any icon to get into my game it prompts me to re-install the base game.
