supernatural sims 3
I can't get sims 3 supernatural to install, there is no download button when i go in add on's but a download button when i go to manage games but don't show up in launcher. I have been over 5 months...

@denisehemeon I'm not completely sure what you're describing. There should be two Download buttons, one that shows if you click Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and one if you click Sims 3, then Add-ons near the top of the screen, and find Supernatural on the list. Which one (if any) shows the Download button, and which does not? What happens exactly when you click the Download button that you do have? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
