Technikai probléma

My first registration was under the name csatrad, I bought almost every game disc and several store content, my email was stolen so I couldn't log in due to the confirmation email, I asked them to merge it with my later avonbanya account. Since I couldn't use the csatrad registration email, I started buying The SIMS 3 games again with the email belonging to avonbanya, but the egg doesn't hatch in the dragon game with the gold add-on, and you can't get the tree of life in Lunar Lakes. Now there is no login page on simslauncher, if you do try to log in, it won't let you log in to any of my registrations. I spent a lot of money and time on the game, now it would be good if it worked. I have a lot of friends and creations and purchases on csatrad and several live broadcasts on Twitch which can be viewed under the name simsmami and proves the use of my many add-ons or I also have videos on Tik-Tok, user [Edit - CM] Please do it because I am very frustrated that I can't play normally.
