P10:is a .NET error (and you can see how this site doesn't like certain characters, but luckily none of those words are relevant to the issue). In all likelihood, either .NET Framework 3.5 didn't get installed properly, or it's corrupt. So you'll need to uninstall and reinstall it.
Click Windows key-R, enter appwiz.cpl in the run box, click "Turn Windows features on or off," and you'll see the .NET entries near the top of the list. Click the filled-in box next to .NET 3.5 to uninstall it, and restart your computer. Repeat the process, clicking the now-empty box to reinstall, and restart. If it's already uninstalled, simply install and restart.
If you get an error when trying to uninstall or reinstall it, I would go straight to a repair install of Windows, since the intermediate steps often don't help and take almost as long. Here's how:

This shouldn't delete any of your data, but if you get to step 13 and are NOT asked to keep personal files and apps, back out and start over.
I also want to point out that your C drive is very low on free space. It's probably not causing this issue, but it will definitely cause some problems soon if not now. And you'd need to free up more space in order to run a repair install. Your D drive has plenty of space though, so moving some data around shouldn't be a problem.
