it not there I can find the casinos games in buy mode but not the lot

o.k this has been an issue in the past there are two threads for it at ts3 i'll go find them and post links here...hopefully you can get sorted soner than soon

before you try anything make a copy of your saved games your saved sim folder iand your downloads folder

edit's to add: solution one from crinrict that solution worked for me with a different venue i'll try to find the other thread

Easiest way to get the venue installed if it's not working


1. Close Launcher & Game
2. Backup your folder in documents to an external drive
3. Move the folder DCCache & DCBackup to the desktop
4. Reinstall the world/venue
5. Go to the folder Library and find the files according to this post: Store Venue Lot Numbers. If the venue file is there, you're good to go
6. Delete the newly made folders DCCache and DCBackup from the documents folder.
7. Move DCCache and DCBackup you have previously saved to the desktop back to the documents folder
