Re: Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library

i just bought the sim3 + with a pack dlc from cd keys.The codes work perfectly fine but once i redeem it, first it shows downloading and it end up error.As a result it doesn't show in my library. How can i fix?

( I Restarted , clear caches , reinstall , restarting my pc , also mailing cdkeys but still )

    It must be bug on EA side. Because when you write to chat support, then do something in account, and then it will show up. But its everytime. Now they change website, and i cant see chat anymore and email support also not working. Great company. Love it for sure.
