The Sims 3 - Can't fix lag!!
Hi, I've been playing the sims 3 since 2011 and back then it was so calm and not laggy but now, 2017-2019 I've been getting big lag spikes which i can't seem to fix by doing any of the things i found...

The FPS goes from 18-130 all the time and does not go higher at anytime.
