Thanks 'rumbutter' but I think this is more then just an error code problem - I think only EA could understand it if they'd bother replying to me!
hiya i had to pop out for a bit and just got back we're players here on this forum trying to help each other you could post a DxDiag for someone to look at or if you wish to contact CS then you need to use the live chat or call me option if you reside in the US
