I've bought game on Steam. I've created The Sims 3 account and wanted to register my game, but when I'm trying to register it, page saying that my CD is invalid. On first screenshot there's the proof ...

Hey there, and thank you for the response! Unfortunately, there's no way to speak with anyone truly regarding this. The speak with an Advisor option does not work.
