Hi I had a really old sims account and I recently just merged my new and old ea accounts. I don’t have access to the old account anymore but I can’t register my new account to my game. Is there anyway I can register it or have I reached a dead end?
@Kayblastinger Are you talking about an account on the old Sims 3 site (www.thesims3.com)? Normally, when the game is registered to your Origin account, all you need to do is sign into that site with your Origin credentials, no registration required. If that's not working for you, i.e. if you can't sign into the site or you do but you don't see your content listed, please let me know.
