Hi. This may be because of something running while the program is on. Make sure that is not happening. If nothing is, you may want to check for a virus or reset your computer. That would delete your current households, but it would stop this problem. If the computer has a ton of stuff downloaded, it might need memory. You would need to clear off some of this stuff.
