The sims 3 manual patch doesnt work

I can't update my sims using the launcher so i tried the manual patcher but i goes the whole way, and then something pops up really fast and then it just says that it finds the wrong file. What do i do? (Sweden, Europe)

    Note that it is not installed in Origin, and my account is lost with my brothers email.
