Does everyone else with this problem have the Ice Lounge and Origin packs emails?
I got them both right after midnnight.
I have the Ice Lounge and the origin packs too the emails were sent to me novermber 12 at 9:45 I live in California
i got my lounge and my cotsumes too, and i also notice is that the email is differnet of the other emails i got when i succussfully pre-order. and i did pay cause i called my card and they took the money. never got it back.
the info i recived was that its a billing issue and to wait for it to resolved
Yepp. I've got them and I've downloaded them. This all makes no sense to me at all. This is the first time I have ever preordered... I'm never doing it again!!!!
^ Yes I know what a headache. Apparently lots of people always digital download pre-order and this never happens.
And if youre looking for the chat thing ... Open origin and at the top click "Help" then click "Origin help" then at the top of that window you will see Live Chat
But I strongly suggest people call EA. That was where I made most of my progress
