I am in the same boat as the rest of you. I pre-ordered and received the confirmation email. I received both pre-order content emails, but no game email. My game is greyed out in Origin and can not download/install. I called customer service this morning and they said my order is fine and to call back in a couple of hours if it hasn't been resolved. I looked at my bank account and I haven't been fully charged, yet customer service is unsure as to why that is and just told me to wait it out. Its really frustrating, but glad to know I am not the only one.

Origin just sent a message saying that I am going into offline mode because my account is in use and I can only be logged into 1 place at a time!?
