Nobody was hacked. I strongly suggest that you all call EA.
After an hour of talking to someone on Origin chat I called EA and when I got through to someone they gave me a code to register. Once I registered that code I am now downloading Sims 3 Seasons in Origin.
From my understanding what I have gathered is that there was a glitch where lots of people's orders were cancelled. The EA guy I spoke to said that I may play the game now and as soon as their third party client that handles payments fixes their issue then you will be able to play your game because the order will go through. If you HAVE been charged (and I mean a real charge not a pending charge) and you still cannot download, again, I strongly suggest you call EA because they can see all of your Origin stuff too.
If you speak to EA and ask nicely they may let you do the same thing they are letting me do. Remember that people are always more generous when you are nice to them 🙂

but i don't see a chat button or a call button like everyone else do. all i see is email button.
