I don't want to call though, is the problem, it would cost me a fortune =\
Would they still be able to help me through chat if I list my country as USA/Canada if it isn't?

I just got an email saying my order was canceled. But where is my money? Also if it was canceled, why is the game in my library but saying that it is unreleased? Why is your system so broken? I tried calling but the wait time was 200 minutes and I don't have that many minutes on my phone.

In that case choose email as contact option. After you have filled out the form and sent your email, you should be able to see your case on the right hand side of https://help.ea.com. Please attach your bank or creditcard statement where one can see that you already payed the game. Here a tutorial how to do that:

I got help on the phone.
They said that the order was refunded last night or today because of a technical problem. And that it would take at least a week to sort it all out. No one canceled the order. The exclusive content is in my purchase history. I give up. I am not re-purchasing the game. What kind of joke is this? I was once excited about it but after all of the drama now and to come soon, I just don't want it. I really regret everything about it now. This whole situation just wasted so much of my time and with no compensation. The game is still in my purchase history saying unreleased (not cancelled) I still don't have a single email about a canceled purchase probably because it was an EA system error and nothing that I did. The bank said there are no pending transactions from EA but the money was taken out. Meanwhile others who had this issue managed to get a game. I am so sick of always getting the short end of the stick for no reason when it comes to things like this.Did someone hack into your system to do this? The advisor in chat said this happened on EA's end and that I'll just have to deal with it.
I never had a problem like this in the past which is why i decided to pre-order again this time. Never have I dealt with several customer service reps that had this "well it's your problem now" attitude. I am so embarrassed for saying good things in the past.
