The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I am having the same problem. I pre ordered it over 2 months ago. where do you live chat from? Im not wasting 50 bucks!

    Seems only US and Canadians have the option to live chat. Which is really ass backwards.

    Actually, apparently the mod lied to us. AU/NZ site offers it too. Just fill in the details here:
