13 years agoso if our payment never went through.,....that means we have to buy it all over again ? or what?

13 years ago@snoopy my payment never went through, so I was not charged. I recieved an email saying that the transaction was canceled. I called ea and was told I would have to purchase again. I was trying that before anyway but kept getting an error. I informed ea of this and all the rep had to do was to remove the greyed pre-ordered game and I was able to purchase again. My codes for the bonus items, still worked.

Ditto, sans the cancelation email. I just spoke with a CSR via live chat yesterday. Still cannot register the game on the sims 3 website, but meh. Got the limited edition content.
