The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I thought Visa-debit was the issue but apparently it is the banks.

Call EA and they will fix it for you

Ok so i preorder the sims 3 seasons , but it wont even download for me :/ Can you please tell me how to get this working !!!!
