The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I thought Visa-debit was the issue but apparently it is the banks.

Call EA and they will fix it for you

I preordered Sims season in august and the payment came out my bank on the 15/08 so why am I not able to dowload this, its still saying "not released yet" have had no problems in past with origin so why now???????????????????????????
