The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

    to whom i can call? i am from Ukraine, last my e-mail to EA Russia they unswer after 2 weeks!!!!

      Edit: I managed to navigate through the Russion version of our help page. It says:

      +7 (499) 504 28 65
