And what about those of us who cannot afford to be kept on hold for great lengths of time, and for whom live chat is (stupidly) not available? Why do I get the distinct feeling that if I send an email I won't receive an answer let alone a solution?
My game is greyed out and I haven't been charged, but I am not able to re-purchase because the payment doesn't go through. Clearly Origin needs to cancel my order, and I can't understand why they haven't.
