So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

Live chat, as far as I'm aware, is not available for UK residents, so that option is not open to me.

I also do not wish to spend a load more cash on what will most likely be an expensive phonecall. As far as EA are concerned, really I've spent more than enough on them already, and I don't earn a great deal of money.

I'd appreciate it if anyone knows a way for me to use Live Chat!
