The Sims 3 Seasons and Origin / not able to download pre-ordered Seasons

So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I have already send e-mail on ea.com, but last answer was after 2 weeks!

I called many times to support team in Russia, but all lines are always busy.

Also no money were spent from credit card, but free content for Seasons i have allready received and the message that i have bought too.

It a pity that i cannot use live-chat
