So I pre-ordered the sims 3 seasons from Origin. I did this within a week of finding out about the expansion's bonus set. Now When I log on to origin there are all my other games listed but not seaso...

I called already to support! wow! I did it! :catlol:

They said that I should wait, because the system cannot generate registration code for game!

Money will spent after they will send registration code.

Can't an EA rep post a UK customer support number here? I Have tried to follow eaursula's advice (http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/Information-Not-Able-to-Download-Pre-ordered-Seasons-From-Origin/td-p/196542) but the site just ghosts out at stage one and makes no progress. Some actuall customer would come in handy right now.
