the sims 3 university life on my mac and it says 'not yet released.'

I downloaded the sims 3 university two days ago and it's grayed out and says "not yet released". I already tried to uninstall and reinstall origin. my order says completed by the way. I already emailed EAhelp and all they said was wait. well i've waited two days...

@wjb1992 Is your Mac showing the correct date and time?

When you uninstalled and reinstalled Origin and TS3, did you get rid of all residual files by going into the Library folders and manually deleting them all? Can you please try just uninstalling and reinstalling UL?

I've been waiting for technical support for 30 minutes on a less than 5 minute wait time quote.

could really just be busy and or the browser your using try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or Firefox

i bought the EP UL just now , under my base game , the UL EP is grey and says "Not Yet Released", however other two late night EP and high-end loft SP works fine. 

PS: i bought the starter pack first (base+late night EP+high-end loft SP)

I've merged all the threads into one, no point in having multiple threads on the same thing.

If you could all provide your operating system details, whether you're opted into the beta Origin program, and confirm the date and time is correct on your computers that would be really helpful.
