The Sims Medieval Requires Permission for Gameplay

Hi. My game keeps crashing after I press play for The Sims Medieval:I press ok, and then brings me to the app.I'm having problems trying to determine what to do under the properties tab when I right click on The Sims Medieval for Administrator permissions:Can someone help me solve this issue. Thank you!&nbsp;

Try clicking edit, then the tab with your name and email and tick all the boxes giving that account full access, and then click ok and see if that works.&nbsp;

I just tried to, but when I press play for Medieval, but I get back to the EA app.I don't understand if I'm an administrator, why can't I check the special permission, same with account unknown.
