HELP sims medival
I need help? Dhruv from EA Player Help, said I needed to make a post So I have a Macbook Pro from Early 2015. I have 2 hardisk in it (Macintosh HD, where the version i macOS Monterey (12.7.6)) and The other disk is called El Capitan (a much older version of MacOS is on this one.) I play sims 3 and sims Medieval on the El Capitan, because before you could not play it on new Mac's. I play Medieval on Origin, and I bought the Medieval Deluxe last summer. That means I bought 2 packages in one (The Sims Medieval(TM) Limited Edition + The Sims Medieval™: Pirates & Nobles) It has worked perfectly and I don't have any issues running it. But when Origin is closing in April, I will need to use the EA-App instead, but that does not support Sims Medieval?? And I tried to download the EA-APP on the new hardisk, but it just says it's unavailable, and can only be played on windows. But when you look it up the game should be available to MAC in the EA-APP. I Cannot put the link but I will put a screenshot41Views0likes1Commentsims medieval
my game wont let me play for more than 1 hour and 30 mins but my account states I've played a total of 6 hours that is just me trying to play I've uninstalled reinstalled, I've repaired, restarted my computer and I've gone as far as uninstalling my sims 4 and I've even tried deleting any saves and starting over and I get the same results an error code and I've been told that it means I don't have enough space which is not true or I wouldn't be able to play my sims 4 I have all the expansions except 1. I've since uninstalled it since November 29 2024 and I decided to reinstall it and give it another go now it wont load the game at all and I don't even get the error code so I couldn't tell you what it was I've chatted with Ea support and I feel like I just get the run around it hasn't been fixed in almost 3 months I've even tried to ask if they could delete it and send me like a new purchase through the app in case of a purchase glitch in the software I don't know what else to do this is my computer specs maybe someone can make sense of this and actually help me Device name LAPTOP-39FDA4RF Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable) Device ID deleted for my safety Product ID deleted for my safety System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display Edition Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 Installed on 10/22/2024 OS build 26100.3194 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0The Sims Medieval wont start
Hello, customer service sent me here to start a thread because customer service couldn't help me in the chat. My problem: The game doesn't start - after I clicked Start in the launcher, the launcher closes and then reopens straight away, as if the game crashed straight away. I have Windows 11 and have already tried opening the game as administrator and starting it in compatibility mode. Both just led to the error message: "Unable to start, please reinstall the basegame". The game was so great, please release an update for the game so that it can be played for everyone againThe Sims Medieval Refusing to Download on Mac
I'm so fed up. The EA website stated that the game was playable on Mac, but only when it was downloaded onto the EA app, it claimed it could only be run on Windows. I spent half an hour on the live chat being provided "advice" that was irrelevant to my problems, though I followed it all anyway, just to be told this was a consistent problem? After all of that, they refused my refund request, despite the refund guarantee. Is there anyway to play this game on Mac? I'm a student, and I don't have money to waste on unplayable games. Thanks for any advice.Solved928Views3likes5CommentsThe Sims Medieval not launching
I bought the Sims Medieval two days ago. While the game and the P&N DLC seem to install fine, neither will launch. I don't get a screen, error, or anything. I get the spinning loading icon, and then Origin pops back up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game five times. I've tried launching it with and without P&N installed. I've repaired the files and tried launching them. I've tried running it in compatibility mode and as an administrator. I deleted the cache files in Origin and on my PC. I cannot seem to get this game to launch no matter what I do. The most luck I've had was to go into the Program Files (x86) > Origin Games > Sims Medieval > Game > Bin, and then tried launching the game and the launcher from there. The launcher gave me an error saying "Unable to start. Please reinstall the Sims Medieval base game." I'm wondering if there's a setting on my computer that's blocking this, but I can't think of what. I'm on Windows 10.Solved30KViews0likes38Commentssims medieval 64-bit?

I'm looking for a Deluxe Edition of Sims Medieval on the EA App but I can't understand if they sell base game only or it comes with all expansion packs. I tried to search for Deluxe Edition on EA website: Buy The Sims Medieval™ - Electronic Arts, like someone in a forum mentioned, but I can't find anything related to 'Deluxe' on the page, in fact it says 'Base Game'. I know that I can get Deluxe Pack from Origin App, but I have some problems with my bank and currency that Origin offers me to buy a game. Do EA stop selling Deluxe Edition in they new app or do I need to get base game first and then it would opt me to get deluxe edition next?Sims Medieval - Alder Lake patch does nothing
I'd really love to play Sims Medieval again, I was sorely disappointed when my new laptop was unable to launch it at all - nothing happens at all when I click "play" in EA. I have tried the Alder Lake patch fix, but to no avail. Please let me know any other technical info that may be of use to anyone able to solve this issue. Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13450HX 2.40 GHz Windows 11 Pro Sims Medieval and Pirates & Nobles both installedIssue on saving the game
Playing The Sims Medieval has become quite frustrating due to a persistent issue with saving the game. Each time I attempt to save, I receive an error message about a saving problem. I'm curious if other players are facing this same challenge, but it's clear that this needs urgent attention for improvement. Having to repeatedly redo a story or lose progress is incredibly annoying and undermines the enjoyment of the game. If anything, this game needs a massive upgrade. It is a fantastic game with such amazing stories.
