No access to The Sims Medieval
I purchased The Sims Medieval in 2015 for PC. I have only ever had one EA account and have never changed the email address or even account ID. I have played the game across two different laptops. I recently purchased a new PC (running Windows 11) and when I load the game from my EA app the game will not start. It seems like it tries to start but doesn't and just reloads the EA App. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the EA App several times. I have spoken to EA customer support via the chat function numerous times (three times I believe, once a few weeks ago and then twice tonight). The first time I spoke with an agent he gave me a variety of advice that did not work, including deleting numerous files from the game. Tonight, when I spoke with EA support both agents I talked to told me that the game was not loaded to my account. They requested to see an invoice for purchase of the game, which I was not able to provide as I purchased the game a decade ago. When I was unable to provide them with an invoice I (one that I should have no reasonable expectation of still having literally a decade later), I was told that there would be nothing they could do for me and that I would just not have access to the game I paid money for. I literally do not even have the option to purchase the game again, since it is in my EA App as though I bought it (which I did). I've attached a screenshot with the game showing as purchased in my library and including my EA ID in the image, since I can think of absolutely no other way to prove that I own a game I bought ten years ago. How can this game be reloaded to my account? The second help agent I spoke to told me that my only other avenue of help is this forum.Seljaq-Ghazhadid lore, please!
Once upon a time, all my laptop could run was the late Sims Medieval, and the Watcher knows I had an absolute blast. Only thing I disliked about it was the lack of object description (usually so good at providing lore) for its catalog. One thing in particular I would love to get more info/lore on is the "Seljaq-Ghazhadid" word used to describe some vaguely Arab/Persian style objects in the game. Is it a family? A kingdom? Just a style? No one else cares, I'm sure, but I would love to know more if anyone has anything on it, better yet, I'd love to see it incorporated in an upcoming sims 4 pack or kit.13Views0likes0CommentsProblem with achivements- sims Medieval

There is nowhere for me to contact EA since they are the only place to get this game, now I feel completely robbed of $20 because it will not work. I found some reddit post with a link to something then a YouTube video of someone getting it to work, it just makes no sense. I shouldn't have to do anything to get a game to work especially when I pay money for the **bleep** thing. So EA is just taking people's money for games that don't **bleep**ing work! I don't even give a **bleep** about the game at this point I just want my money back. Can't access saves in menu (Sims Medieval)
I'm on PC, using the latest BS Windows (Windows 11, version 24H2) has put out and now Sims Medieval is not accessing my saves. I can open the game, start a new game, play the game and even save the game but once I leave and come back the save is nowhere to be found on the menu. I know I have the save. I see it in my files! The game even tells me I can't name my save the same thing as a file that already exists. I've had a save on there before it worked and was fine but that before the update in 2024. I haven't played in a really long time so I'm thinking it's the Windows 11, version 24H2 that's the problem. I just want to know if I need to downgrade to windows 10 again. Unfortunately, I don't know if or what version Medieval worked with Windows 11. I also can't remember this being a problem before but it always was I just got lucky before. What I've tired that did not work: looking for answers here but can't find my specific problem. uninstalling and reinstalling the game moving my saves around starting new saves (no save file is ever found on the menu) cleared caches repair in EA launcher tried renaming the file (worked but then the same issue occurred after trying to save it again) I'm not sure what else to do other then getting windows 10 back on my PC but I'd rather not do that if there's another fix.18Views0likes0CommentsHELP sims medival
I need help? Dhruv from EA Player Help, said I needed to make a post So I have a Macbook Pro from Early 2015. I have 2 hardisk in it (Macintosh HD, where the version i macOS Monterey (12.7.6)) and The other disk is called El Capitan (a much older version of MacOS is on this one.) I play sims 3 and sims Medieval on the El Capitan, because before you could not play it on new Mac's. I play Medieval on Origin, and I bought the Medieval Deluxe last summer. That means I bought 2 packages in one (The Sims Medieval(TM) Limited Edition + The Sims Medieval™: Pirates & Nobles) It has worked perfectly and I don't have any issues running it. But when Origin is closing in April, I will need to use the EA-App instead, but that does not support Sims Medieval?? And I tried to download the EA-APP on the new hardisk, but it just says it's unavailable, and can only be played on windows. But when you look it up the game should be available to MAC in the EA-APP. I Cannot put the link but I will put a screenshot45Views0likes1Commentsims medieval

Hello, customer service sent me here to start a thread because customer service couldn't help me in the chat. My problem: The game doesn't start - after I clicked Start in the launcher, the launcher closes and then reopens straight away, as if the game crashed straight away. I have Windows 11 and have already tried opening the game as administrator and starting it in compatibility mode. Both just led to the error message: "Unable to start, please reinstall the basegame". The game was so great, please release an update for the game so that it can be played for everyone again
