ok so all the other sims in town dont do anything on the lots they just stand there. is there a setting i need on or is it a bug?

it is a possiable bug there is a cheat that will reset everyone in town back to their lots then they should start to work normally again
ctrl+shift+c then type in testingcheatsenabled true (hit enter ) then resetsim * ctrl+shift+c then type in testingcheatsenabled false (hit enter)
