Trying to redeem a steam sims 3 complete collection codes

I bought the full collection on steam yesterday. In order to make my sims store content work I wanted to redeem all my steam expansion packs with EA. All was going well until it stopped accepting any...

sblackrose​  I would suggest trying again with another customer support rep.  This should be fixable, but it's possible the first rep didn't know how.

If you still can't register your new codes in a couple of days, let me know.
