Unable to download Sunlit Tides
Each time I try to download Sunlit Tides, the launcher tells me that I don't own it even tho I do.

Community ManagerOn the site here, please select The Sims 3 as the product, then select PC-> Manage My Account-> Manage Payment Details and you should be seeing the current available contact options there.
