When i try to login as a member on the sims 3 launch it's saying my email address is invalid/wont let me sign in. However, when I click register as a new member and try to log in to my EA account it works. Can someone explain why I cant log in on the launcher?
divacg Does your password have any special characters in it? The Sims 3 launcher doesn't handle symbols like & or ! well, and possibly some others. If you've been using those, change your password to remove them.
If that doesn't help, clear Edge's Internet Explorer-mode data. Additionally, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 3 > Downloads and delete the file labeled [your email].bin. Don't worry if it's not there—it's only created when you successfully login, so if that's never happened, you won't see it.
