Sims 3 can't redeem codes on the same account
Hi,
I have been using this account since 2013. I added all my Sims 3 DLCs, which I still have physical copies of. However, with the change of platforms (Origin, EA, etc.), I lost most of my DLCs. I can't use the codes because it says they have already been redeemed.
EA support told me that the codes must have been redeemed on a different email/account. However, after checking a few things, I believe it's still the same account. I also don’t remember opening a new account—it wouldn’t make sense to add DLCs without the base game.
On The Sims 3 website, I can see my achievements, including some that are linked to DLCs I can’t redeem. Additionally, I found two "Welcome to the Community/Thank You for Registering" emails in my inbox—one from 2013 and another from 2015.
I wanted to add the games to EA because some of my CDs no longer work. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
