Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Hello,

I purchased two world packs last year and I did not redeem them as I got busy. Specifically, Barnacle Bay and Dragon Valley Gold Edition. Anyway, when I realised I had forgotten to redeem them, I went to the Sims 3 website, and the codes did not work at all. Nothing happened, no error message, just did not load. They did not appear in my purchase history on the Sims3 website; however, they show as purchased in the EA app. So, where is my content? It shouldn't matter the length of time the code is not redeemed, i purchased it and that code was mine to use when I was able to redeem it. 

I contacted EA, who were extremely unhelpful. They tried to offer me a free pack, but wouldn't redeem any of it as the content had to equal the amount I purchased the pack for, which was on sale when I bought it.... I just want my worlds and the content I paid money for. 

If you did have this problem and were able to solve it, please let me know.
