Yes, it is! Becaue I never had this problem before, but now, when it is supposed to be fixed, I got it...
My sims has been traveling, yes. Not after the newest patch though. Got the onmiplant stuck in inventory because of the reset when opening mailbox. Not sure if this happen when opening the mail box for gifts from other sims, or if this happen with all kind of mails - because when I started a new game in Aurora Skies my sim could open the mailbox for bills without getting reset or get the bill stuck.
I'll try to see if this issue happen in my other saved games too.
