Ok. Here it is.
1. Are you using any Custom Content or mods ?
No.
2. If you are using mods, are you using any of the 'big ones' like Awesome Mod or Twallan’s mods
No.
3. If you're not using mod, did you never use them or did you take them out for the EP (as you are supposed to do).
Never used them.
4. Did you update the mods you put back with a compatible version ?

5. Do you have University Life or just the Patch ?
University Life
6. Which Patch Level are you at ?
1.50
7. Did you start a new game or are you playing an existing ones ?
It won't launch at all.
8. Did you transfer an existing Sim over or are they new/Pre-Made ?

9. What town are you currently playing ? EA or Custom ?

10. What is your Operating System (Mac, XP, Vista, Win 7)?
Win 7
11. Do you have the download or DVD Version of the game.

Lagging/Freezing or any other issues of more technical nature

- What EPs do you own?
All but Supernatural. I have no stuff packs.
- Some basic Info about your Computer (please NO DxDiag, they are too long for this thread). Processor, Amount of RAM, Graphic Card and Operating System (Mac, Win 7, Win XP, …) ?
Windows 7, I'm not sure about the others.
- Do you have a 32 or 64 bit Operating System ?

- Do you use any Store Premium Content ? If so Which ones ?
Yes.
Description: When I open the launcher and press play, the launcher closes and the game doesn't start. I cannot bypass the launcher either by pressing TS3.exe or TS3W.exe, it opens every time. I have already checked and my computer meets the minimum requirements of the game. I just installed University Life, and when I uninstalled after it wouldn't work and tried to run Seasons, the game worked perfectly. I have already emptied all of my TEMP and Cache folders and updated with the superpatch 1.50., but nothing has worked.
