Do you send your sims to university, only to discover they aren't there and you have to select a household? Make sure your sims have attended graduation day at high school. This should fix it!
My two bugs:
1. The roommates turn on every stereo on the lot over and over again, so there will be 5 stereos playing 5 different channels of music. I had to edit the lot and get rid of all but one stereo.
2. You have to feed your sim 3 or 4 times before the food "registers" and makes the hunger motive go up.
Those are the only 2 bugs that have affected me and are aggravating me.
